I play there regularly and know all about them.Because of this fact Poker Stars tends to attract people who know how to play poker. You will get less fish and a better all round game with less of the bullcrap you get from a lot of sites. Like newbies throwing all their money in on crap hands and sucking out on you. If you play good you get respect and are allowed to lean on other players as and when you need to.

There are a lot of freerolls at Poker Stars, but rarely with any significant value. They are very good exercise, though.

Any day of the week you will find a great poker tourney going on at PokerStars. Limited stats are provided at the table through the stats tab, but further information can be found via the hand histories tab. Furthermore, if you are a stats junkie, Poker Starts is compatible with the major poker stats software such as Poker Tracker.
